On the 27th, 온라인 슬롯's Chemical Group held an R&D conference at 온라인 슬롯 World Tower in Jamsil, inviting over 130 graduate and doctoral researchers from Science and Engineering fields.

The R&D Conference is a recruitment event aiming at attracting top talents, targeting graduate and doctoral students in Science and Engineering. This year, an increased number of participants were invited compared to last year, and the event was aligned with 온라인 슬롯 Group's Fall/Winter recruitment season for new employees, sharing research visions and achievements in search for special talents.

At the event, Lee Hun Ki, the Executive Head of LOTTE's Chemical Group, and Hwang Jin koo, the Head of the Basic Materials Division, attended and introduced the Company's R&D direction and talent strategy. Twelve research mentors gave presentations on four key R&D topics: battery materials, hydrogen, eco-friendly technologies, and new materials.

LOTTE Chemical’s various technologies and industries were introduced to attract attention: ▲ new-generation secondary batteries, solid electrolyte technology, and future of cathodes In the Battery Material Section; ▲ Development of Hydrogen/Ammonia Technologies, Hydrogen Tanks, and Carbon Collection in the Hydrogen Section; ▲ Waste Plastic Technologies and Eco-friendly Cellulose in the Eco-friendly Section; and ▲ LOTTE Chemical’s R&D AI, Engineering Plastic Materials, and Future Energy in the New Materials Section.

During ‘Career Showcase,’ the newly added participatory program, the participants presented their research performances and were given merits for recruitment once their professional capacities were acknowledged.

During the Career Mentoring Session, the participants were able to consult the mentors regarding their research theses, curriculum vitae, and interview tips. At the Networking Session, they were able to openly communicate with the mentors about work life.
